Movie casting is a difficult thing. If you don’t get the right actors to play a part, it’s almost impossible for audiences to enjoy a film. While the majority of movies tend to avoid any major snafus, there have been some truly questionable casting choices over the years.

It’s hard to follow a classic, and the 2013 film ‘Carrie’ – a remake of the 1976 horror classic – did not receive the same acclaim as its predecessor. One of the major problems the film had seemed to be the casting of Chloe Grace Moretz as Carrie White.
Critics felt that, while she put in a good effort, she did not have the right look to play a downtrodden and unpopular high school girl – looking much more like a queen bee instead.
