Once it was settled that Katniss would be the face of the second rebellion, her team found it super important to have her film these cheesy promo videos to spread the word to the people.
While getting the word out there is always good, it does seem a bit odd that they spent so much time making these videos when they should have been, who knows, actually making some battle tactics? Most people already saw Katniss as a symbol of rebellion anyways, so were these promos really all that necessary?
