In Catching Fire, we are introduced to a new terrifying trap that the gamemakers created for the tributes, poisonous fog. Luckily, Katniss wakes up just in time to wake up the others, but it definitely took a bit.
While this mysterious fog creeps up on her, Katniss just sits there for a good few minutes staring at it and even touches it. You would think that someone who so familiar with the game’s many traps would recognize a deadly fog when they see it.
