When Katniss and Peeta first enter the training center wearing a suit that bursts into actual flames, the crowd goes nuts…like literally they lose their minds like it is the coolest thing they have ever seen. It is even what Haymitch says made them stand out in the crowd and got them their sponsor love.
While it is cool and all, for a world that is filled with insane tech, it is hard to believe that they would be so impressed with a few flames.
