This course is not for the faint of heart, and we’re not just talking about the complicated stuff on the chalkboard. This classroom is actually flooded, but the professor refused to cancel for the day. Either he is super dedicated to his passionate work, or he really needs to learn when there have been some very extreme, unplanned circumstances that might warrant taking the day off.
If he simply couldn’t miss the coursework, was it impossible to find any other place or means of conveying the information, rather than holding the students hostage in a slowly filling room?
