Believe it or not, a chef at a restaurant I used to work in warmed up chicken pieces in the oven while they were still wrapped in plastic.
Even if you’re not a chef, you should still have enough common sense to know how dangerous this is. It took management a few days to catch on and fire him, but it’s scary to know what could have happened if one of the customers had gotten sick. Lucky for us, there were no lawsuits.
