I once had to work on a horse farm with this guy who was pretty much the worst co-worker I ever had. For one thing, it was clear he didn’t like horses.
He would also try to get out of working by saying we’d split up the work and each do one half. But he’d just sit around while I did my half, so then we’d have to rush to finish his half. Instead of sharing the work, I would just end up working twice as hard.
