I used to manage the cleaning staff at a hotel, and one of the cleaners decided to mix two different cleaning solutions, since both bottles were only half full.
Now, maybe a younger person wouldn’t have known better, but this was a middle-aged lady. Plus, we had all recently gone through safety training, where we specifically talked about this hazard. When we found out that she was fired within the week, none of us were surprised.
