Okay, so this is one of those foods where we just can’t figure out how people thought to make. Were they just making this as cat food, to make their lives easier so they wouldn’t have to chase the pigeons around? Were they struck by the idea to make this when they saw a pigeon sitting on their window pane?
Oh, wait. Maybe the people who made this wanted revenge against pigeons, after years of being hit by pigeon droppings. To say that revenge is served cold would receive a completely different meaning, in this case.
