Cooked insects are relatively commonplace across several different parts of the world, so we wouldn’t necessarily object in principle to eating scorpions. Canned scorpions are an entirely different story though.
Not only is chowing down on a can of insects not hugely appealing, we just don’t think we’d be able to shake the fear of being attacked by the contents upon opening the can. We believe we’ve made our feelings clear on food that can attack you.
