NFL star Aaron Hernandez had a dramatic life, and his final days were full of drama too. Hernandez, who played for the New England Patriots, was arrested and convicted for killing Odin Lloyd in 2013 after an argument between the two.
One of the most talked about photographs of Hernandez was taken on June 15 just hours after getting into an altercation with Lloyd. It was a photo with a fan (on the right), while wearing a “cold blooded” t-shirt. But his actual last photos (on the left) were taken at his trial and final conviction in 2015. Hernandez was sentenced to life with no possibility of parole in 2015 and found dead in his prison cell in 2017 – after ending his own life. He was only 28.
