As someone who loves to wear makeup, Emily has experienced first-hand just how differently people treat her when she is wearing makeup – and this is especially true when it comes to men. When wearing makeup, she says that “men approach me constantly,” and that she receives messages from them on a daily basis.
Alongside this, she finds that women can be “snarky” when she has a face full of makeup. The same can’t be said when she doesn’t wear makeup, though. She has noted that she blends in with the rest of society when she doesn’t wear makeup.
