The world went into shock when a surprise sequel was announced a year ago for the 1986 classic ‘Top Gun’. With the film due for release in June 2020, we’re all waiting to see what kind of extreme air stunts LT Pete Maverick will pull off this time.
However, there’s one stunt in the original movie which is actually impossible to do. The trick can be seen here in this photo that shows two planes upside down alongside one another. In reality, this kind of stunt would inevitably end in fatality.
