When 2007 came around, movie-goers were blown away by the violent drama of ‘300’s depiction of the ancient Persian Wars. Although critical reviews were mixed, there’s no denying that the film is one of a kind. There’s also a few mistakes too.
First of all, the use of explosions are seen throughout the film, despite black powder not actually being invented until the 9th century. Secondly, the King of Sparta has a very distinguished Scottish accent. We’re not sure that makes total sense.
