Here’s another one of Mel Gibson’s movies which includes a massive mistake. This time it’s his 2000 war-drama film, ‘The Patriot’. The plot takes place during the American Revolutionary War in the 16th century, but considering the story pans across several years, none of the characters ever seem to age at all.
In fact, they all look exactly the same – the same hairstyle, the same clothes, the same everything. For some audiences, this was very distracting.
