Lynch knew that his word alone wasn’t going to make a difference when arguing his case. The neighbor could claim that he was entitled to that part of the driveway without any physical proof, which is why the senior citizen went and got some.
He found the records which stated he was in the right, and he even received confirmation that the information was all correct. Osceola County told him that everything he had was up to date, so surely proving his neighbor was in the wrong would be easy.
