The South American country of Colombia has a military that is known for being exceedingly well-organized – with discipline and uniformity being present in a big way. As is the case in several countries, the position of Commander in Chief is held by the president of Colombia.
Colombia has a military with 445,000 soldiers serving active duty, and another 62,000 soldiers on reserve. That’s a pretty big number for a country that has a population of just under forty-seven million.
