Before she was Lily on How I Met Your Mother, Alyson Hannigan played witch Willow Rosenberg on seven seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. This photo is a total “never see how the sausage gets made” moment for us. Now obviously an action-packed show like Buffy required stunt doubles.
There was just no way the stars were going to put their necks on the line by doing the dangerous stuff. But who knew there were so many of them?! On the left is Hannigan herself, along with three doubles, all iterations of her Vamp Willlow persona – an alternate reality version where Willow was a vampire.
