If you’re a fan of The Handmaid’s Tale, you might gasp when seeing this video. One of the most interesting characters on the show is Janine Lindo, played by Madeline Brewer. Janine is visually distinct from pretty much everyone because she only has one eye – her right one was removed as punishment for being too rebellious.

This behind the scenes video shows what Brewer probably does every time she hears “Cut!” We mean, we don’t blame her – having that thing on your eye can’t be comfortable – but it does ruin it a little for us. Fun aside: the video was shot by Nina Kiri, who plays Alma.
