[post_page_title]Kind of underwhelming, really[/post_page_title]
Season two of the hit TV show Outlander basically led up to the real-life Battle of Culloden, fought in 1746 by the Scottish Jacobite Army against the British government’s own army. In reality, the battle involved 15,000 men and cost as many as 2,500 combatants’ lives.
This photo, however, kind of pulls the curtain on the Outlander version of the skirmish. All we’ve got here is a couple of guys on horseback and enough infantry to maybe start a five-on-five basketball pickup game. Good job on trying to cover up that fact with the smoke, though.
