Apple slices are a healthy and delicious snack, but you have to eat them fast before they go brown. Actually, there is a way to keep those slices looking fresh on a fruit platter, or in your favorite salad. Simply place your cut apples in a saltwater solution for about 10 minutes. Afterwards, rinse the saltwater off the fruit and serve. If you’re not using the fruit right away, put them in a ziplock bag and keep them in the fridge.
