Olaf is always there to lighten the mood when the main characters are going through a tough time. But his sense of humor gets rather dark when Anna and Elsa come across the remains of their parents’ shipwrecked boat. One of the sisters reminds them to look for a record, which should be contained in a waterproof box. Without missing a beat, Olaf asks “If it’s waterproof, why didn’t they make the whole ship waterproof?” Too soon?
