Glazier knew that living in a shelter wasn’t the best thing for the family, it was no place to live with four children for the foreseeable future. It was much better than living in a car though, and he knew that the conditions must have been awful for them.
He knew he had done right by getting them somewhere safer, warmer, and in one fixed place. However, he wanted this family to have a better chance in the future, so he started working on a plan to get them a better setup.
