Ebony had no idea what was going on outside of her cell, and at this point, it didn’t seem like things were suddenly going to get better. However, one officer decided to gather a few more details on the situation.
He had heard that a woman had been arrested, had her car impounded, and four kids picked up. He discovered that they were living in the vehicle. Deputy Chief Jeff Glazier decided that he needed to do something about the situation.
