Weather, overcrowding, and a delay in the stage setups meant that Woodstock finished a day later, with Jimi Hendrix taking to the stage in the early hours of the Monday morning. Amazingly, many people had already left the festival by the time he took to the stage.
It might have been over 50 years since Woodstock took the world by storm, but people have spent years trying to look for clues about what really happened inside the festival grounds.
