50 years after Woodstock, archaeologists find remnants from the festival

[post_page_title]A genius idea[/post_page_title]

The organizers of the festival initially had an incredible idea to make sure that the three-day festival – that eventually lasted four days – ran to schedule and was packed full of music. They created a unique stage.

A genius idea

The idea was while one band was performing on one side, another could be warming up on the other. Then, after the first show came to an end, they would simply spin the stage around 180 degrees. Unfortunately, the stage was too heavy, and the mechanism broke.
