When this person made a purchase through AT and T, they were asked some follow-up questions from the customer services department. The series of texts began by stating they would ask two questions, but it’s clear that that was just not true.
After asking their first two questions, this customer service then asked another question taking the grand total to three. It’s pretty basic math, and we’re surprised the people who started this customer service feature messed up counting to three
