After ‘Family Matters’ ended, Michelle also starred in the hit soap opera ‘The Young and the Restless’. She played Callie for 38 episodes, but unfortunately, she soon had to leave for medical reasons.
Then, at the age of just 30 years old, sadly, Michelle Thomas passed away after a long fight with a rare form of cancer. Despite undergoing therapy and numerous operations, she still unfortunately lost her life. She was far too young, that’s for sure.
