Carl had a fair share of bosses throughout the show, with Dick O’Neill playing the final boss he would have, Commissioner Geiss. While the other three bosses that we see on the show aren’t exactly the ideal person to have bossing you around, Commissioner Geiss is a complete breath of fresh air.
He appears in season 7 and is far more tolerable than any of the other bosses that Carl has. Geiss even ends up promoting Carl a few seasons after his first appearance, which is obviously a big deal for his character.
