‘Family Matters’ is certainly Jo Marie Payton’s biggest and most well-known role to date, but in the years after the show ended in 1998, Jo Marie then went on to have many other significant roles in TV.
Most notably, she had a five-episode stint on the popular sitcom, ‘Will & Grace’, and she also voiced Suga Muma on the hit kids’ cartoon, ‘The Proud Family’. Most recently, she landed the role of Lorraine Mann on the sitcom ‘Mann and Wife’, so check it out if you want to see more Jo!
