Ross and Rachel is a relationship that is still talked about to this day. Will they or won’t they? Thankfully, Rachel ultimately got off the plane, and the pair looked set to ride into the sunset together, but there were some major issues with Ross’ controlling nature along the way.
As well as buying as many gifts as possible to make it obvious to everyone in Rachel’s office that she has a boyfriend, Ross also doesn’t want Rachel with any other man that isn’t in their friendship group, and tells everyone that they are in a relationship so that no one tries anything with her. Sure, there is being in love, but it looks as though Ross wants to make sure that everyone knows how in love he is with his high school sweetheart – even if it does drive a wedge between the two.
