Melissa Toubati was working for Meghan for six months before she apparently decided that enough was enough, and left her role as her personal assistant back in December 2018.
Melissa had previously worked with many Hollywood names, including Robbie Williams, but it’s said that Meghan’s behavior as a boss left a lot to be desired. She was then replaced by Amy Pickerill who decided to quit the role as well in March, 2019. It seemed that Meghan couldn’t keep an assistant, which only served to confirm the rumors about her being difficult.
