[post_page_title]Patches with a purpose[/post_page_title]
If you’ve bought a backpack lately, you may have noticed a diagonal patch on the front with two long notches. It’s a cool design element, but these also have a useful purpose.
Known as “pig snouts,” these patches are usually found on backpacks for hikers, who use them for attaching footwear and other essential equipment. Even if you’re not a hiker, you can still use these for attaching items like running shoes to free up room inside your backpack.
