Everybody in an office has different needs and requirements that help them work in the most efficient and comfortable way possible. In this case, the programmers in this office are extremely skittish – understandably, given that they presumably only see around three people every day.
As such, their colleagues need to take the appropriate operatic measures to make sure that they don’t startle these skittish workers. It might seem extreme, but how are you going to get help with your computer if a programmer is busy crying?
