It seems that Josh is more than just a spray painting vandal from town – Josh also claims he has the power to prevent wildfires. Well, Josh has left no contact information or any ideas as to how to contact him should there be a wildfire that needs putting out. It’s probably also safe to assume that Josh has zero firefighting qualifications.
If he did, Josh wouldn’t be tagging his name on billboards – he would be busy at the station doing the job he reckons only he is capable of.
