This graffiti artist was just bringing attention to the fact that this fire hydrant needed a new paint job, and they made sure to show their gratitude once it was taken care of! That’s one way to ensure the city council is taking care of the town’s aesthetics – by tagging public property so that there is little left to do but repaint.
This vandal is indeed a kind, thoughtful and considerate member to their environment.
