To be fair, ravioli does sound tasty to those who don’t know Italian. It has this sort of exotic vibe, kinda like something you’ve never tasted before. And then you see what it looks like. A lumping mass of whitish yellow stuff sits on your plate in front of you. Now, you wonder, does it really taste good? Does it taste a lot less like flour? That’s going to depend on whether or not you want to taste it. If you’re not a fan of pasta, then maybe not.
