Lorelai was a really bad mom. There, we said it. As much as the charming mom and daughter duo of Gilmore Girls was fun to watch bickering, bantering and getting caught up in drama – Loralai was not the balanced role model a teenage girl needs.
No wonder poor Rory had to become an adult so quickly, since her mom sure wasn’t behaving like one. Lorelai had Rory when she was just a teen, but that doesn’t excuse her consistently selfish behavior 16 years later, when she should have wisened up already.
