Before Edward Cullen came along and further reinforced terrible romantic ideals for young girls, there was Jordan Catalano. Even though this guy is neither a stalker nor a vampire, he is basically just as bad.
Most girls who grew up in the ’90s had a crush on Jordan, despite his less than impressive character. He was not smart, kind, or funny. He was mostly just indifferent, and treated Angela terribly, even though she was only ever sweet to him. But she just couldn’t seem to quit him no matter what he did (and neither could we).
