In some ways, it’s better not to know why someone is breaking up with you. Nobody wants to be told why they aren’t someone’s type, and nobody wants to be called out for their bad habits and their negative traits.
It can often be better just to be dumped and be done with it – but Keenan’s ex didn’t want to do that. Instead, they wanted to explain why they were breaking up with him, and they noted that it was because he tried to be funny, but he just missed the mark. Ouch. That had to hurt.
