Buckingham Palace might have been built in the 1700s, but that doesn’t mean it still runs on candlelight. The Royal Family are doing their best to ensure they move with the times and part of that is making sure the palace is fully modernized.
With a view to going green, the palace used LED light bulbs and have installed double glazing to avoid using too much energy while heating the place up. The royals are always trying to help others, and they are even trying to help save the planet.
