Crunchy, leafy greens are the heart of any salad, but washing off the pesticide and loose bits of can be a real chore. To wash your leafy greens the easy way, place the greens in a large bowl filled with saltwater. Stir the greens around for a bit and let them soak in the bowl to help loosen the debris. After 10 minutes, remove the leaves from the salt water bath and rinse them thoroughly under running water.
