It’s almost like random everyday objects were more fun to use as toys than all the expensive real ones sold in toy stores. These things could be turned into laser swords, wands, telescopes, megaphones, homebuilt space ships – you name it!
The best part was our parents didn’t even care how many of them we used, as they unlike all the other non-toy items in the house we wanted to play with, had zero value to them.
