Now that Alexis and Serena are fully-fledged parents, they are able to once again use their talent and power to make a difference in the world. Serena is working on campaigns with huge names such as Nike, and Alexis is campaigning to make paid paternity leave the new norm in the United States.
He was lucky enough to take 16 weeks of paid paternity leave within his company, but he knows that many new fathers don’t have that choice. He is now using his voice to get the word out there and hope that people learn from his experience.
