The FBI may have launched their investigation, but it seems as though the outcome will be kept under lock and key. It appears we may never know what was really on those tapes.
Although the couple soon found themselves caught up with the authorities, they are both grateful for the entire experience. The money they found in the ceiling meant they could pay the rest of their mortgage as well as fund the majority of the renovations. Perhaps it wasn’t so bad after all?
