This person decided to school the driver on what they should and should not do when looking for a parking space. It seems this is another drive-blocking faux pas. Some people just can’t seem to remember how a driveway works.
It means that whoever is parked inside can’t even pop out for a carton of milk. Now that would really tick us off. They also left a note on how to shower just in case they didn’t know how to do that either.
