Plastic wrap seems to be a bit of a fan favorite when it comes to exacting revenge on people who demonstrate poor parking skills, and it seems this person wanted to do something more impressive than merely covering the car in plastic wrap.
This way, they can’t make a hole in the windscreen and drive away but, instead, they have to totally unwrap the entire car as it’s attached to a dumpster. Take that, lousy parking person.
