Denny felt particularly lucky to be flying with soldiers, as he had always respected their job – and was eager to find out where they were going. He asked one of the soldiers, and was told that they were flying to Petawawa, in Canada, before being deployed to Afghanistan.
Denny was very impressed, and thanked them for their service. A little while after takeoff, it was announced that lunch service would begin soon on the plane, much to Denny’s delight.
