Denny was bowled over, and as he returned to his seat his spirit was full with the kindness and generosity of others. This was far from the end of things, however. A little while later, Denny saw the captain of the plane walking down the aisle toward him.
For a second or two, Denny was worried that he was in trouble, but the captain quickly assured him that this wasn’t the case. He had heard about what Denny did, and wanted to offer his sincere gratitude.
