Don is Adam’s older brother, and also in charge of running the sales for their joint business, Burns Brothers Construction. Just like his nephew, Teddy, Don is also referred to as not being the sharpest tool in the box.
So far this character has appeared in nearly every episode of the show where we get to see his various conundrums, including buying gifts for his wife, Marcy, and losing his tablet. Don is also there to help cover for his brother at work while Adam is at home raising his children.
